Return and Refund Policy

14-Day Return Window

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be in original condition.

Bullion Products

Due to market volatility, bullion items will be refunded based on the current market price at the time the return is processed, not the original purchase price.

Certified Coins (PCGS/NGC)

Certified coins must be returned in untampered, sealed holders. Coins with opened, broken, or altered slabs are not eligible for return.

Individually Sealed Coins

Any coin shipped in a sealed plastic container must be returned in the same unopened, sealed container to qualify for a refund.

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. incorrect item shipped).

Authenticity Guarantee – 90 Days

All coins are guaranteed authentic. If the authenticity of an item is ever in question, we offer a 100% refund for up to 90 days after the sale — no exceptions.
